OFFLINE - in the world.

i always wondered how many lives i have impacted thus far.
or if impact is too powerful a word.
then touch should be a better substitute.

really. knowing that you have actually left an imprint in someone's life, it is a really gratifying feeling and experience.
but again most of us always seem too pre-occupied with our own matters that we neglect and failed to realize the presence of those around us.
a good comparison could be the world of msn and the world of the reality.
if u r always looking after own benefits and problems, taking for granted the presence of others in the world of reality.
then you are just "appearing offline".
the keyword here is "appearing".
the point is you are still in the world watching people and time goes by.
but the fact is that you are actually not participating.
and as time goes by, u wld have realize that you are entrapped in your own mini-world, thus not really possessing any solid relationships except with your own matters.
that could be a really sad thing.
esp when all of us craves for heart-warming relationships with at least one other person to experience love care and concern. of course it doesn't just refers to relationships btw different genders.

so what i actually mean is that we shld try as much as possible to extend ourselves beyond the boundary of our own mini-world and look out for one another.
it really isn't a difficult thing to do.

if after reading this, you think i m writing nonsense then so be it.
its just wad i feel at the moment anyway. yupp. :))
